 3. Avoid operating the hot melt adhesive machine around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases. Flammable and explosive articles cannot be stored around the spraying equipment of the hot melt adhesive machine.

4. The amount of supplementary glue shall not exceed 80% of the total volume of hot melt adhesive pot.

5. Do not operate and use the hot melt adhesive machine without proper protection device, good insulator or good protection panel. Only specially trained personnel can disassemble the machine for maintenance. Try to use it when there is no fast-moving air. Because when the hot melt adhesive nozzle assembly is exposed to the rapidly circulating air, the rapid cooling will affect the hot melt adhesive flow rate of the nozzle assembly, and the phenomenon of wire drawing is easy to occur.
