Detailed description
Rubber hose is divided into ordinary hose and wear-resistant hose. It is a high-pressure pipe (1500psi / 102bar) for conveying glue from glue machine to an application equipment (automatic spray gun or other application device). The installed temperature sensor (k or PT100) and high temperature tape wrap the pipe core and heating wire, so that the temperature stability and safety performance of the pipe can be accurately controlled.
Matters needing attention
① high temperature and high pressure equipment, pay attention to anti scalding;
② the equipment can be started only after the temperature is ready;
③ power off operation is required during installation;
④ when installing auxiliary equipment such as gun and pipe, the pressure shall be released and discharged before installation;
⑤ clean the dust regularly to prevent static electricity from igniting;
⑥ regularly check whether there is leakage of glue and electricity.
